Becuase everytime i unsubscribe and resubscribe, steam downloads the mods but they arent in the folder and dont appear. Anybody out there with a fix? EDIT: I think it is the new steam update. I think you are correct about the whole check "download/network usage graph" because it does show peaks of internet speed and current disk usage but with nothing showing after subscribing to a mod in the workshop.
